The price of property also depends on quality of services and amenities besides its location and area. No doubt, both Dubai Marina and JLT are the hot spots to buy property in Dubai and if you are interested in investing your money in any one of these areas or both, you must be an astute investor.
As per my research, for a one bedroom apartment having 800-900 sq.feet area in Dubai Marina, the price starts from AED 550,000 and goes up to AED 2500,000.
On the other hand, for a the same type of apartment in JLT, the price starts from AED 400,000 and goes up to AED 10,00,000.

I am an investor therefore would like to invest in property which is not too hot at the time of puting in the money but is certain to become hot in a matter of 12-18 months !
Dubai Marina and JLT are amongst the top performing areas in Dubai and it is considered that they will remain investment hot spots in the upcoming time as well. I appreciate your decision, if you have chosen these areas. However, if you want to invest anywhere else, I would suggest you to have a look at property search trends in Dubai. It will help you analyzing your investment and let you choose area according to your need.
You can also share your investment budget with us so that we can suggest you few other good areas, if you are not willing to invest in Dubai Marina and JLT.
