Semi Furnished Studio In Reem Island:
* Rent is AED 1800 per month to be paid for single occupancy.
* As per new management policies minimum 3 month lease is possible.
*Annual leases are also allowed.
* 3 months payments to be paid in advance or post dated Cheque monthly at aed 1800 per month
*For yearly leases , the rent is 19,200 per year which works out to AED 1600 per month , all post dated Cheques ( 12 Cheques ) to be paid in advance while signing the lease
* Water and electricity included in the rent
* Refundable security deposit is 1800 which be returned after vacating the room subject to no damage
* Commission ( one time ) AED 1000 to be paid during the time of booking the room
* Rooms are subject to availability.
