The Space 
Combining form and functionality with stunning aesthetics, this living space is a multi-use room with contemporary design features such as chic wood panelling, clean lines and wall-to wall, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the residences with natural light, opening out to a furnished balcony with glimpses of the golf course greenery beyond. It is furnished with a large sofa and a comfortable lounge chair, coffee & side table, a flat-screen TV and TV unit as well as a dining table to seat four. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and all the appliances for a seamless stay with a serving hatch for space continuity.  

Master Bedroom 
The Master bedroom embodies the same uncluttered simplistic design with hints of warmth in the soft furnishings and sumptuous view. Featuring a king-sized bed with headboard, side tables and lamp lighting and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The floor-to-ceiling windows are fully dressed for a sleep-filled night and the room contains fitted wardrobes for housing all of your holiday essentials.

Guest Access 
This residence has incorporated thoughtful design into its luxury offerings, creating an unparalleled living experience. Alongside the in and outdoor children's play areas, a spa with professional therapists and sauna, a fully equipped gym, squash court, and an impressive 31-meter infinity pool with a shallow water deck, residents now have the added delight of a new culinary destination – the Canary Club. This exquisite restaurant occupies a standalone two-storey building within Banyan Tree Residences, offering a distinct and sophisticated dining experience. With its rooftop bar providing breathtaking views of the community's sprawling gardens and amenities, the Canary Club adds an extra layer of refinement to the already exceptional lifestyle provided by this residence.

Interaction with Guests

Other Things to Note 
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

The Neighborhood 
This residence sits at the intersection of Emirates Hills, Emirates Golf Club, Montgomerie Golf Course and the Jumeirah Lake Towers neighbourhood which comprises of around 80 glittering high-rise towers scattered around three large ornamental lakes and lush greenery, where the blend between business and residential keeps this area buzzing from morning to night. The complex sits adjacent to Dubai Marina, separated by Sheikh Zayed Road, the lifeline of Dubai and the Dubai Metro. The two metro stops ‘Damac Properties’ (formerly Dubai Marina) and ‘JLT’ pedestrianizes and interlink the two sides together to include JLT as part of ‘New Dubai’ along with JBR and the marina.  

JLT is a fantastic place to live and just as great to visit, attracting Dubai’s residents with some of its unique bars and restaurants; from Greek, Indian, French, or Vegan food that the local’s swear by, there’s definitely a flavor to satisfy the fussiest of diners, every day of the week. Take a stroll to the Dubai Marina Mall or a 15-minute drive to the infamous Mall of the Emirates.  Make sure to take advantage of the Dubai tram and really get to know the area, it will connect you to the east and west of New Dubai including JBR Beach, The Palm Jumeirah as well as both sides of the Dubai Marina. When you’re ready to explore the rest of this vibrant city, there’s plenty of transportation to get you to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and beyond.
