Tamouh To Hand Over Apartments In Marina Square

tamouh, the master developer of Reem Island, is set to hand over 252 apartments in four towers, which it built in the up-scale Marina Square mixed-use development. The property company had to delay the handover of 3,450 apartments in the project to owners in April last year, so that it could get the Building Completion Certificates from the civic bodies, according to a statement
 on Wednesday “The building completion certificates for the three residential towers and one commercial building have now been obtained, allowing the company to start the process of delivering the properties to the owners,” an official for the developer told Khaleej Times.

About rest of the nine towers in the luxury realty project, which have 3250 apartments, the official hoped these would also be delivered during the next two months after obtaining clearance from the Civil Defence and Abu Dhabi Municipality. Covering 26.7 hectares, Marina Square will eventually include 13 residential towers, one office tower, a boutique shopping mall and a hotel built around a marina with berths for boats up to 40 metres in length.
