Tameer Hands Over The World’s Tallest Real Estate LandmarkThursday, September 13, 2012
 According to news, Tameer is a developer of world’s tallest real estate landmarks. The developer highlighted on Wednesday that it has successfully handed over its world’s tallest residential project, The Princess Tower. It also said that Guinness World Records and Urban Habitat recognized Princess Tower earlier this year as the tallest residential building in the world.
Standing at a height of 414 metres and covering an area of around 37,410 sq ft, Princess Tower features six basement levels, ground floor and over a hundred storeys. The tower contains 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and penthouses. This tower has a total of 763 units, 8 shops and 957 parking areas.
Tameer is also known for delivering Elite Residence which is located close to Princess Tower in Dubai Marina. It is a 91 storey residential structure and is also one of the tallest residential real estate landmarks not only in Dubai but in the whole world. The height of Elite Residence is around 381 metres.
The president of Tameer, Federico Tauber, while commenting on the delivery of Princess Tower said that Princess Tower is a true achievement for the company in terms of architecture, construction and unique location in Dubai Marina. He also appreciated the help, trust and support of owners and clients who despite the challenging market conditions lead the company to deliver this project successfully.
