Residents Begin Moving In To Saadiyat Beach VillasTuesday, May 22, 2012
 Abu Dhabi’s Tourism and Development and Investment Company (TDIC) has started to handover beach front villas on Saadiyat Island. According to the news, people have already started moving in.
Phase-1 of the project has been rolled out and resultantly, 254 villas have been given to owners. These villas were launched in 2009 and the second batch of these villas went on sale in November 2011 and are expected be handed over in the Q4 of 2012.
The management of Saadiyat villas is happy to receive first Saadiyat Beach Villas residents and welcomed them to their new homes. Management has also confirmed that The Collection at The St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort will open in the Q3 of 2012. It is a retail complex consisting of 22 restaurants and retail outlets.
