Progress Is Assured On The Delayed Ajman Project By The DeveloperMonday, June 18, 2012
 According to developer Sweet Homes Holdings, the first 200 units of its much delayed Ajman property project will be completed in September. The developer further added that the infrastructure like electricity and water will also be completed by this time.
In the given project, the developer will also make sure to hand over one residential building and the opening of commercial outlets to attract more investors for this project. The project, comprising of 1500 villas along with a large selection of community facilities, was scheduled to complete in 2010 but it was delayed due to certain reasons.
The completion of 200 first stage property units reflects the company’s move to fast track development on the project. According to Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA) officials, the progress of Ajman Uptown project is really impressive as it will help in making Ajman one of the ideal places to live in the UAE. We hope that project will live up to the expectations of people and become a model residential and business community in Ajman as everyone is looking forward to the completion of this project. ARRA will continue to give its support to developers so that they can successfully complete mega projects.
The project is located in Ajman and spread over four million square ft and will offer two, three and four bedroom townhouses and exclusively designed five bedroom villas. The development will include school, health care centre, fire fighting station, two mosques, health and recreation club, swimming pool, markets, shopping mall, hotel and hotel apartments.
The developer assured that the rapid pace of construction of the first 200 units gives them confidence and that they will be able to meet the construction deadline by the end of 2012.
