Philippines Real Estate Developer Opens An Office In DubaiWednesday, March 06, 2013
Ayala Land, which is regarded as one of the oldest and largest real estate developers in Philippines, is expected to open a representative office in Dubai by the end of this month. This opens an avenue for overseas Filipinos for buying property in their homeland. The developer will be marketing housing units ranging from high-end to affordable properties starting from Dh 43,000.
Bernard Dy, the chairman of Ayala Land International has mentioned that Dubai is home to around 600,000 Filipinos and this representative office that is expected to be opened at Burjuman Tower in next three weeks, brings good news for Filipinos living in Dubai. Bernard also extrapolated that Ayala Land understands the property investment needs of Filipinos and this initiative is expected to focus on serving the Filipinos community living in the Middle East.
Ayala Land has already launched projects in the US, Canada and China, but it rules out the plans to delve into the realty landscape of the UAE, as it gives preference to Philippines in this regard.
The president of Ayala Land mentioned that foreign nationals from South Korea, Japan and the US are also interested in buying properties in Philippines due to their affordability.
