Nakheel is delaying the sale of more homes at its Al Furjan development in Dubai until it sees a rebound in demand for property, the project's general manager told The National. Mohammed Rashed said about 2,000 homes, which have all been sold, are currently being built as part of the first phase and are on track for completion by the end of next year. In terms of the other phases, he said the company will evaluate the market and launch more products 'when we see an opportunity. Source: AME info
