Nakheel Collects Dh26m In Shoreline Service FeesTuesday, January 24, 2012
DUBAI — Nakheel has collected more than Dh26 million in service fees for Palm Jumeirah’s Shoreline Apartments since launching its fee collection campaign last November, Chairman Ali Rashid Lootah said on
Thursday.
“Our collection campaign continues to gather momentum. Outstanding service fees at the Shoreline Apartments have dropped from Dh72 million in November to Dh46 million today,” he said.
“As we have stressed before, only by collecting the fees due can we ensure ongoing maintenance and improvements at our facilities, and payment to our service providers. We are encouraged by the response to our push on collections, and urge those who have not yet paid to do so. It is wrong for customers who have honoured their payments to be subsiding those who haven’t,” Lootah
added.
Lootah thanked RERA for its continued support in looking after the interests of investors and developers in Dubai.
