Nakheel Announced To Build 192 Studio Apartments On PalmTuesday, May 22, 2012
 According to the news, Nakheel is financially fit to build 192 studio apartments on The Palm Jumeirah. The project is known as Palm Views and the construction work will begin later this year and is expected to be finished by the first quarter of 2014, according to Nakheel’s chairman. The units are on sale for Dh 1 million and will cover 150 square meters.
Palm Views is a project that is especially designed for young and vibrant people. Therefore, it is expected that young couples and singles will approach these studios who want a prestigious living space at an affordable price. The project is located at the Palm Jumeirah’s east and west marinas and comprises of two buildings, each containing 96 residential units, a fitness club, a fine selection of eateries and shops and ground level parking.
It is a shift from Nakheel’s earlier focus on large and luxurious villas and condos. The developer realizes that there is a huge demand amongst the young for this kind of accommodation in the Palm. Therefore, they are confident that the project will do well.
