Liberty House Opens in DIFC

Liberty House, the 42-storey mixed-use tower in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) district, was officially opened on Tuesday. “Liberty House is part of a new phase of infrastructure development that is facilitating the expansion of the DIFC community. The new development is part of a larger DIFC master plan designed to create a ‘city within a city’ that offers financial institutions and professionals a wide range of business and lifestyle facilities in the heart of Dubai,” Abdulla Mohammed Al Awar, CEO, DIFC Authority, said. The event was attended by Essa Al Ghurair, Vice Chairman - ETA Ascon Star Group; Khaled Al Gurair, Director, ETA Ascon Star Group Syed Salahuddin, Managing Director, ETA Ascon Star Group; Abid Junaid, Executive Director.

The property offers a full range of freehold commercial and residential accommodation. The fully furnished apartment includes studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, one-bedroom duplex and two-bedroom duplex. “Liberty House is one of our prestigious projects and is equipped with all the amenities and features for a modern day living for both its residents and commercial space users,” Salahuddin said. Liberty House consists of ten floors of offices above which are twenty floors of residential accommodation, apart from six levels of car parking. The majority of the office space is located around a central atrium space.
