Dubai Sets Up Corporation To Own And Manage Government Property

The ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has ordered setting up a corporation to own and manage all property registered in the name of the government, Wam has reported. The new Dubai Real Estate Corp will operate on a commercial basis and have financial and administrative independence The company will be responsible for all development, purchase, sale, lease and management of these properties.
