 Bloom Properties, the master developer of Abu Dhabi, has announced the completion of construction work of phase 1 of its flagship project, Bloom Gardens.
The project comprises of more than 300 villas whereas, phase 1 includes 123 villas that will be handed over within this month. Bloom Gardens is a residential project that will set new benchmarks in community living. Seeing the demand one can say that high end communities are still wanted in the UAE. In addition to townhouses, investors can find an array of detached and semi detached villas in this community.
Bloom Gardens will be managed by Emirates International Property Services (EIPS) during the first year and residents can find campus of Brighton College in this community.
