Bayside Residence Given To Owners

Trident International Holdings (TIH) yesterday said it has handed over its second freehold residential project in Dubai - Bayside Residence - a luxurious residential development in Dubai Marina - this month in what is perceived as a challenging time for the real estate market. TIH has delivered four out of its six projects to customers in a market marred by project delays. Projects like Trident's previous realty offerings brings innovative and international living concepts to the region for the first time. Wazir Ali Daredia, executive director and chief executive of TIH, said: "Bayside Residence is TIH's second project scheduled for handover after the successful 'The Waterfront' project. We have not only managed to complete the project on schedule but have also, further raised the luxury benchmark.
