Abyaar Hails Ban On Speculation

Abyaar real estate developer has hailed the decision of the Dubai government to ban speculations in the off plan realty market, seeing it as a move to contribute to the stability of Dubai real estate market. The new regulation is the foundation of the Dubai Land and Property Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, which is seen to better control escalating real estate prices in Dubai.
